Required skills and qualifications
· Two or more years of experience as a business analyst / software quality assurance
· Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
· Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
· Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
· Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
· Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience (ex: design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirement gathering from the relevant stakeholders
Analyze and research for best possible and cost effective solutions
Translate these requirements into software specification using latest modeling techniques.
Communicate the requirement with software development team
Document and manage all change requests
Quality Assurance of the project/product based on the communicated requirements
