Job Description
1. Provide technical leadership to a team that design and develops scalable and secure portals using Microsoft Sharepoint and other portal technologies.
2. Work with project management and development staff to plan and execute large-scale technical projects.
3. Translate business and technical requirements into logical and physical designs.
4. Communicate both within the team and with the client to analyze and solve problems and get customer buy in for the proposed solution.
5. Author and review formal analysis and technical design documentation.
Job Specification
2+ years hands on experience in Microsoft SharePoint implementation and extensive customization. A track record of successfully implementing complex SharePoint projects.
Vast knowledge of SharePoint portal architecture, capabilities and applications. Understanding of issues in Knowledge Management, Collaboration and Work flows.
Fluency in information architecture, work flows and content management.
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and clients at the same time.
Capability to be aggressive, persuasive and self-motivated.
