A leading real estate and marketing company is looking for Accounts Executive for its expanding accounts department.

• Enter financial transactions into internal databases

• Maintain digital and physical financial records

• Preparation different types of voucher

• Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

• Help prepare invoice and expense report Analyze financial data

• Perform research for budgeting and financial forecasting

• Check financial documents and journal entries for accuracy

• Filing of documents

• Provide administrative support as needed An ideal candidate should have

• Excellent command on using quick book

• 2 – 3 experience in Accounts preferably in the real estate industry

• Must have graduated preferably in Accounting and finance with excellent interpersonal skills

• Must be confident and energetic

• Strong communication skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a desire to deliver results
