Duties:
- Conduct warm and cold calling to potential clients in the target market for web design and web development
- Identify and qualify leads for business development opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through outbound calling
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Track and report on sales activities and progress in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage with potential clients over the phone
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
