Job Specification
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Education / Experience Requirements
- Four year university degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required.
- Design, develop, and deploy PHP based web applications based on best practices, structured development, and project management principles.
- Develop and enhance systems using code that is clean, maintainable, and well-commented. Web code must be cross-browser compatible.
- Support and enhance existing web code and project.
- Demonstrate proficiency of web development tools and technologies (Dreamweaver/PHPStorm) and several programming and scripting languages (PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3).
- Demonstrate proficiency of database development tools and technologies (MySql, SQL/T-SQL).
- Develop and maintain web-based integration of third-party content and applications.
- Responsible for thoroughly testing all changes, creating test plans, and executing test plans across multiple browsers.
- Assist with website product maintenance and setup as needed.
- Develop a working knowledge of the company's software and business practices.
- Adhere to company style guides, following corporate copy and layout standards as well as application design and coding standards.
- Demonstrate high-quality professionalism and customer service while supporting client needs.
- Responsible for adherence to the company's policies and procedures. Qualifications - A foundation of good communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills are needed as well as the ability to manage changing priorities while not losing sight of all tasks and projects.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated skills and understanding of software development principles (requirements, design, development, quality testing, implementation and deployment).
- Excellent attention to detail and desire to learn and excel is vital.
