Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at Deewan-e-Khas Trading, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of our financial services business in Karachi. You will work closely with senior management to ensure smooth and efficient operations, contribute to the development of operational strategies, and implement policies and procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Monitor and analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
4. Manage and train a team of operations staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
6. Identify and address operational risks and implement risk mitigation measures.
7. Monitor and manage operational expenses to meet budgetary targets.
8. Support the development and implementation of new products and services.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
2. Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
