Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify and create a pipeline of prospective clients interested in real estate investment opportunities.
Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the unique selling points of the housing projects.
Digital Marketing: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing techniques and trends in the Pakistani real estate sector to drive online visibility and attract potential clients.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the existing team of Real Estate Associates, assisting them in achieving their sales targets.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering on promises.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques specific to the real estate sector in Pakistan.
