• Import / Export Inquiries received from clients or SPO
• To make maximum efforts to support the sales team in best possible way, in the given area of operations, as an effective and cooperative member of the Department
• establish contact with Customers and get necessary information to evaluate them as per standards set by the company.
• To make best possible efforts to get as much local business and in this exercise to be capable of negotiating credit terms as per the company policy at an acceptable profit margin.
• To analyze customers' problems and ensure that the required service standards are achieved.
• To acquire sufficient knowledge from the shippers and other market sources to enable the organization to negotiate an effective business deals with the consignees' abroad.
• To maintain close liaison with the Sales staff so that updated and timely information is conveyed to shippers.
