• The ideal candidate will be who will be making calls to partner hotels from TripKar behalf.
• Will be making calls to hotels to collect hotel pertaining information.
• Ensure that customer booking process is hassle free on the phone.
• Ensure that customer experience is excellent with TripKar.
• Occasional sales call to the prospective customers.
  

• Excellent communication skills
• Can communicate in English and Urdu effectively.
• Able to handle tricky situations on the telephone.
• Previous call center experience will be plus.
• Previous hotel industry exposure will be plus.
