Job Description
Novacolor Pakistan specialize in decorative finishes for interiors and exteriors.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager. At Novacolor Pakistan, your role involves leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets. You'll develop sales strategies, foster client relationships, and monitor market trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales team by providing guidance, and training to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Effectively communicate and understand client’s needs and requirements, ensuring the team is well-equipped to market accordingly.
- Foster a high-performing sales culture by providing leadership and maintaining a motivated and productive sales team.
- Proactively follow up with clients to identify evolving needs and opportunities for additional business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Moreover, setting sales goals, training, and ensuring effective sales operations to drive business growth.
Experience & Requirements
- Must have 3-4 years of experience in relevant field (FMCG, Construction, Manufacturer and Automobile Industry)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to train, and motivate personnel in order to balance sales team strength with profitability and growth.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Marketing from a reputed institute or equivalent.
