SEO Team Lead

RedTechnologies is looking to recruit a Senior SEO Team Leader with wide experience in both off page and on page optimization of web sites. Extensive knowledge of search engine behavior and a proven track record of increased profits is required. You must be able to work both alone and as part of a team and must have at least 2-4 years commercial experience.

Responsibilities Includes:-
- Perform SEO analysis of client site and recommend changes to improve search engine compatibility.
- Perform keyword research in support of business objectives.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in support of our SEO goals.
- Create content for social media purposes.
- Implement link building campaigns in support of our SEO goals.
- Research and administer social media tools in support of our social media strategy.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance.
- Evaluate and monitor search results and search performance across the major search channels.
- Lead a team of 5 SEO professionals.
- Responsible for achieving project milestones in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of SMO is also required

META, Keyword optimization
Keyword/Key phrase research and analysis
Identify techniques required to rank higher on targeted keywords
Internal link optimization
Manage off-page activities like updating blog, Directory Submissions, Article Submission, participate in forums and other social media networking and marketing channels including Facebook and Twitter to promote websites.
Awareness of complete on-page and off-page optimization
