Building relationships with prospective clients

Identifying and developing new sales leads through various techniques such as networking, cold calling, and email campaigns

Managing and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients

Facilitating negotiation with clients.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.

Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance services and strategies.

Meeting daily goals for calling and lead generation

Delivering presentations to both prospective clients and internal executives

Developing and managing strategic partnerships

Requirements:

Education: Graduation in Business, Marketing or any relevant field

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Business development executive

Strong marketing and sales experience would be a plus

Experience in a packaging industry would be a plus

Field sales experience would be a plus

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
