As a Tele Sales Representative at Collab BPO, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services. Your goal will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and drive sales conversions.
Key responsibilities include:

- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects in a friendly and persuasive manner, addressing their inquiries and providing information about our solutions.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to individual customer needs to maximize sales opportunities.
- Lead Management: Manage and update customer information, leads, and sales records accurately in our CRM system.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the organization.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customer interactions adhere to our quality standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound telesales or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- A goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team and individually.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejections.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Fluent in English (additional languages may be a plus).
