Our business analysts are crucial members of our software and strategy delivery life - cycle. As a business analyst you will be on the front - lines of your client relationships, owning the definition of project scopes and requirements and ensuring that these requirements are met with utmost quality. You will have the opportunity to building long - lasting client relationships across a variety of industry verticals and deepen those relationships through your client interactions.
What You'll Be Doing
Our business analysts are crucial members of our software and strategy delivery life - cycle. As a business analyst you will be on the front - lines of your client relationships, owning the definition of project scopes and requirements and ensuring that these requirements are met with utmost quality. You will have the opportunity to building long - lasting client relationships across a variety of industry verticals and deepen those relationships through your client interactions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and managing client relationships through scope definition and requirements gathering sessions. You will become the expert on your clients’ project needs.
- Clearly documenting and communicating client requirements to the delivery team to ensure an on time and quality project delivery
- Keeping a pulse on the trajectory of client projects and escalating issues as appropriate
- Looking for opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through pre-existing projects, new projects or both
- Collaborating with the executive team to provide status updates on client projects, including risks and mitigation strategies
Job Specification
- Degree in Business Administration, Technical Writing and / or equivalent experience (1 - 2 years in a requirements gathering role )
- Exceptional written and oral English communication skills are a must. You should be comfortable communicating in a professional manner through email, phone calls, presentations and other mediums.
- Requirements gathering, including writing scope documents, functional requirements and facilitating requirements gathering sessions
- Creativity in problem solving and the ability to guide senior and junior members of a client towards a quality solution
- Ability to work with engineers, engineering managers and quality assurance teams to ensure requirements are met in project delivery
- Self - starter attitude and a passion for helping clients solve real world business problems and / or bring their ideas to life
- A passion for learning and open-mindedness in receiving feedback
