Customer Relation Executive

Job Summary:
To interact and deal with walk-in customers, guide customers regarding new arrivals & promotional offers, address customer complaints, assist Retail Manager in implementing new strategies and floor plan, seek new customers and implement marketing strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Deals walk-in customers. This activity includes meeting & greeting customers with a smile.
2. Take a round of showrooms along with customer and brief him / her about the company products in detail as per his / her interest level.
3. Responsible for the displays management as per the guidelines of competent authority.
4. Responsible for order booking, making & furnishing quotations to the customers.
5. Maintaining good relations with customers by attending him in exceptional manner in person or over the call.
6. He / she must have knowledge about the stock in hand.
7. Responsible for handling customer complaints, taking customer feedback and submit its report to the Retail Manager.
8. Inform assigned architects, interior designers & customers about new products.
9. Responsible for the implementation of cleaning SOP.

1. Required Education Level: Graduation.
2. Experience: fresh, however experienced candidates can also apply who have experience in the similar or other sales retail outlets.
3. Others: pleasant & confident personality, computer literate having good communication and presentation skills.
