Are you tired of your usual 9-5 corporate job? We’ve got just the job for you. Flying axe is hiring a fun-seeking, customer driven and responsible individual for a coaching role. We will provide all required training for this role.
Note: This position is based in Rawalpindi but has been posted under Islamabad as well since job site is within driving distance.
Responsibilities
- Coaching: Train guests on proper throwing technique so they can learn how to throw and have a safe and memorable experience
- Safety: Ensure all procedures, safety protocols and equipment needs are met at all times to create a safe environment for all guests and staff
- Facilitating the game: Ensure game sessions are flowing smoothly, this includes making sure venue and equipment are event ready, offering feedback and encouraging guests, overseeing matches and keeping score.
- Customer Service: manage every aspect of the customer experience from the moment guests enter the facility till the moment they leave
- Day-to-Day operations: support the entire Flying Axe team to get the job done, including having guests complete waivers, answering questions, serving food and beverage to guests and making guests feel welcome
- Ambassadorship: be the face of Flying Axe and represent our brand and passion for the sport of axe throwing in a fun and professional manner.
