Job Description

We currently have an exceptional opportunity for fresh graduates to start with us as Marketing Specialist / Proposal Writer in our corporate office located in Scheme 3 Rawalpindi .

You will be responsible for writing, managing and completing content for proposals and proposal responses to RFPs.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in communicating and collaborating with personnel at all levels of the organization. This position is responsible for developing written proposals from start to finish

We will train you to Perform research using an extensive database of proposal content; customize database text as needed to: a) answer the question directly and thoroughly b) reflect the proposed service solution c) persuade the customer that our products/solutions solve their specific problems

Don't worry, We don't need experience, We need people with loads of common sense, interest in IT and desire to learn.

Work in a self-directed manner with a sensitivity to tight deadlines and to working in a collaborative group environment

Job Specification

Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with experience working as part of a team to complete complex and time-sensitive projects

Exceptional writing skills that demonstrate a natural command of language, organization and flow
Analytical/critical-thinking skills for understanding complex product offerings and value propositions and defining them in succinct, persuasive written responses

Ability to work in a self-directed manner within a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and complex environment, proactively seeking guidance on complex tasks, as needed
