• Create explicit and targeted contents to the specific networks
• Crafting visuals to supplement posts and making variations of posts for each piece of content.
• Ability to mark what people are saying, what's changing on social networks and in the industry, and be efficiently able to react and respond accordingly.
• Able to find new opportunities for the company by keeping a pulse on the industry.
• Able to get questions and comments about the company's products, services, and content and respond them intelligently.
• Ensure not to simply engage with the company or moderators but to engross with each other helping communities by asking and responding to questions, liking their posts to help them accomplish their tasks and building a strong rapport in the network.

• Graduated to degree level with focus on Marketing preferred.
• 2+ Years of experience in the tenets of Social Media Marketing in a corporate setting and/or freelance with experience on all major social media platforms; Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, YouTube etc.
• Ability to efficaciously analyze how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Impeccable attention to details and verifiable examples of social media marketing successes.
• Exceptional business writing skills along with an ability to visualize as well as convey a message into pertinent and thought-provoking content.
• Must be self-starter and have ability to work with a high level of initiative and flexibility.
• Ability to retain and protect confidential material.
