Sales supervisor Position
Job Description:
Assume a leadership role overseeing a team, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Establish unambiguous performance objectives, create work schedules, uphold precise records, adhere to company policies and safety protocols, and manage training initiatives.
Demonstrate a proven track record of effectively supervising teams comprising more than six members, coupled with adept analytical and problem-solving capabilities, strong leadership, and managerial proficiencies.
Foster seamless cross-departmental collaboration to facilitate workflow and enhance communication.
Monitor workforce productivity, delivering constructive feedback and coaching as necessary.
Generate regular reports detailing team performance and departmental metrics for senior management review.
Successfully execute projects within defined timelines and budgetary constraints, staying informed about industry trends and advancements to drive continuous enhancement.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace environment, championing teamwork and employee engagement, and showcasing a consistent record of meeting and surpassing targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay abreast of industry trends and breakthroughs, sharing insights with the team to drive ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Demonstrated experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Proficient in English communication.
Strong proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and other productivity tools.
Age limit: 35 years or younger.
Location: I-9/3 Islamabad.
Number of Open Positions: 25.
Salary Range: 80,000 PKR
