Duties & Responsibilities:
Building Strong Coordination and Identifying Sales Opportunities: This involves actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various means, including phone calls, networking, and social media. The goal is to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients or partners.
Managing Target Requests and Shipment Plans: This includes overseeing and organizing requests from clients and ensuring efficient shipment plans to meet customer demands.
Business Development: The role involves contributing to the overall business development strategy by achieving specific tasks tailored to the requirements of the African and Caribbean markets. This could involve market research, identifying trends, and proposing strategies to tap into these markets effectively.
Daily Sales Activities: Managing day-to-day sales activities, which includes coordinating with Customer Service Department (CSD), addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues related to vehicles, following up on deposit and balance payments, and maintaining daily reservations. Additionally, managing the team's profit and performance would also be part of your responsibilities.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting regular sales targets, which may include sales quotas, revenue goals, or other performance indicators. Ensuring timely receipt of payments for units sold is essential for financial management.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate
Minimum 01 year of experience in Auto Trade industry.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
