Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through Regional Heads.
2. Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing Managers and Regional Managers to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and company objectives
3. Prepare sales plan, design, structure and process
4. Plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and strategies.
5. Periodically review distributor performance through Regional Managers and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and take corrective measures to close the gaps
6. Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy
7. Coordinate with HRD to provide trainings to the sales force.
8. Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from regional office and also distributor feedback
9. Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with operation of the respective sales department in the respective regions
10. Coordinate with production department to ensure timely orders, and rum smooth function. Update management on process and operating plan, profitability and all regions progress.
Job Specification
MBA Marketing from reputable University Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity in large multinational organization
Keep getting prompt feed back from the market and the sales force
Apprise management of newer strategies, based on feedback, to achieve targets.
Ensure Dealers / Company work in tandem.
Regular travel.
