3. Assist customers in navigating through the real estate buying or selling process, providing necessary support and guidance.
4. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance job performance and stay updated on company policies.
5. Document customer interactions, update records, and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
6. Achieve and exceed established targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales.
1. Minimum 1-year experience as a call center agent in the real estate industry.
2. Excellent communication skills in Urdu, English, and Punjabi languages.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
4. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer complaints effectively.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in using call center software and computer applications.
