Reporting through to the Owners, you will be responsible for the following duties:
High volume of data entry and recording Effective telephone skills to answer to customer requests. Keeping client spreadsheets up to date Distribution of casting emails to manufacturers and potential suppliers
Liaising with various customer to solve queries
Job Specification
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
Excellent spoken English is a must
Minimum 4 months data entry experience
Intermediate Excel skills
High attention to detail
