Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Theme Developer to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Theme Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom WordPress themes, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development, and WordPress architecture, and a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities:

1. Theme Development:

- Design and develop custom WordPress themes from scratch, adhering to industry best practices and standards.

- Modify existing themes to meet project requirements, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

2. Collaboration:

- Work closely with designers, front-end developers, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life.

- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

3. Coding and Testing:

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed themes.

4. Troubleshooting and Support:

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing themes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress updates, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.

2. Experience:

- Proven experience as a WordPress Theme Developer, with a portfolio showcasing custom themes.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in PHP and WordPress theming.

- Experience with popular WordPress page builders and theme frameworks.

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

4. Design Skills:

- Strong eye for design and attention to detail.

- Experience working with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, or Figma.

5. Communication:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
