• Ruby on Rails developer
• Taking Product Manager requirements, sizing effort and considering technical architecture impacts
• Building unit tests for your work and doing peer code reviews
• Deploying your code safely into a production environment

• Must love to learn new tools and share that knowledge with the team.
• You’re highly comfortable using Ruby for developing server-side web applications.
• Experience with MVC frameworks like Rails.
• Work with big data both capturing and manipulating large data sets.
• Write clean and extensible RESTful APIs that will be used by many developers.
• Seeking at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience, with a technology/internet organization.
• Ideally has prior experience working with a start-up organization, either in the online internet, mobile, or e-commerce, verticals.
• Strong academic performance history
• Excellent Problem solving capabilities
• Good communication skills (written and verbal);
