Responsibilities
Working with sales team, operations team and production team to learn departmental needs and goals.
Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
Analyze and coordinate the supply chain of the business activities.
Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management.
Planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s products.
Manage the production team so that scheduled goals are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 5 to 7 years working experience in office management or an administrative role.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
