Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Preparation:
   • Craft a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and pour-over.
   • Develop and execute innovative cocktail recipes, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for customers.
2. Customer Service:
   • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and offering recommendations based on preferences.
   • Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, creating a positive and memorable experience for patrons.
3. Quality Control:
   • Ensure consistency in the preparation of both coffee and cocktail beverages, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
   • Regularly evaluate the freshness and quality of coffee beans, ingredients, and garnishes.
4. Equipment Maintenance:
   • Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and cocktail-making tools.
   • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment.
5. Inventory Management:
   • Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, spirits, and other beverage-related items.
   • Collaborate with management to place orders and keep track of stock to prevent shortages.

1. Menu Development:
   • Contribute to the creation and enhancement of the coffee and cocktail menu, suggesting new and seasonal offerings.
   • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the menu.
2. Training and Collaboration:
   • Train and mentor other team members in the art of coffee preparation and mixology.
   • Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure a seamless and coordinated service.

• Proven experience as a Barista or Mixologist with a focus on coffee and cocktails.
• Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and cocktail ingredients.
• Strong understanding of flavor profiles and the ability to create unique and appealing beverages.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation.
