Desert Communication Arts (Pvt.) Limited, a services company based in Bahawalpur, South Punjab, is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. With a focus in the printing industry, we offer a wide range of creative solutions to meet our clients' needs. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, designing various materials, and delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop and design innovative and creative concepts, layouts, and artworks
- Produce high-quality print designs for promotional materials, packaging, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, cohesive, and align with brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement them in design processes
- Review and suggest improvements to existing designs when necessary
- Maintain organized design files and assets for future reference

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years in the printing industry
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and approaches
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas to the team and clients
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual aesthetics
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt to changing requirements
