Job Description: Office Assistant
Desert Communication Arts (Pvt.) Limited, a services company based in South Punjab, is currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Bahawalpur. With over 2 years of experience in the Printing industry, we specialize in providing high-quality printing services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents and reports
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring necessary materials are prepared in advance
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including scheduling posts and responding to inquiries
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks and projects as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
