Job Description:

One of Karachi based rapidly growing Bottled Mineral water brand is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Quality Control (QC) Lab team as Interns. This internship opportunity provides hands-on experience in both Chemistry and Microbiology aspects of quality control within our Bottled mineral water / Food & Beverage operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

CHEMISTRY LAB INTERN:

· Assist in chemical analysis using various techniques such as titration, spectrophotometry, and wet chemistry methods.

· Conduct routine testing to ensure the quality and compliance of raw materials and finished products.

· Operate and maintain laboratory instruments for chemical analysis.

· Assist in data interpretation and documentation of lab activities.

MICROBIOLOGY LAB INTERN:

· Support microbiological testing, including microbial culturing, enumeration, and identification.

· Perform aseptic techniques to avoid contamination during testing.

· Assist in routine microbiological quality control processes.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation of microbiological testing activities.

Qualifications:

· Candidates in last semester / Recently graduate with a degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, related field of Food & Beverage industry.
