Job Description

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

3. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are fully addressed and to gather feedback on their experience with our company.

4. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

5. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

6. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

7. Obey the leadership and management, be friendly.

Job Specification

1) Excellent in both spoken and written English!!!

2) Outstanding knowledge of MS Office

3) A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory

4) Experience in complaint handling is preferred

5) Detail-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated
