Responsibilities:

• Assist in editing and post-production of video content for multiple YouTube channels.
• Cut, trim, and arrange footage to create cohesive and engaging videos.
• Add and synchronize music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance video quality.
• Design catchy thumbnails for the YouTube videos
• Participate in team meetings to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for video content.
• Learn and adapt to the YouTube automation content creation process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and content creation techniques.
• Learn new tools and technologies fastly
• Learn about the social media audience in general, and YouTube in specific.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in video editing, graphic design, content creation and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop)
• Familiarity with content (video and image) formats, codecs, and file compression.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain video quality and consistency.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to the YouTube automation content creation process.
• A portfolio showcasing any previous video editing and graphic designing work (if available).
• Exposure with ongoing AI trends and generative AI tools for content creation and management
• Familiar with product management tool like Monday, Notion, Airtable, Asana.
• A high degree of creativity and a passion for storytelling through video.
• Having deep curiosity about the world and how it works.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts and tools fastly.
