I'm looking forward to connect with Customer Service Specialists/Call Center Agents/ Booking & Retention agents with 1 - 2 years of International experience in Customer Services Department with excellent communication skills.
Salary Starting from 50K up to 70K, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Shift Timings:
1:00 PM - 9.30PM / 2:00 PM - 10.30 PM PST (Mon- Friday) with alternate weekends.
Location: P.E.C.H.S - SHARAH E FAISAL - KARACHI
Excellent Communication skills - will be dealing with UK based customers
Manage & book large amounts of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner.
Manually dial customers and subcontractors to book their appointments for repair work.
Rearranging/swapping engineer’s jobs as well as updating customers regarding appointments.
Identifying customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships with engineers and colleagues by going the extra mile and helping with workload.
Managing team’s groups to provide prompt service to our engineers on the field.
Follow-up calls where necessary.
Optimizing engineer’s routes
Create / arrange / manage diaries for the engineers.
Do any admin work, including updating / logging sheets assigned by colleagues.
Other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor/ Team leads.
