Job Description

  • Schedule & arrange meetings for General Manager with department heads and visitors.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Taking dictation and minutes of meetings and communicating to meeting attendees.
  • Follow-up on all pending tasks / targets assigned to line managers by the GM.
  • Liaison with admin department for international suppliers and HR department for implementing procedures, when required.
  • Organizing and attending interdepartmental meetings to track progress on ongoing projects as well as gathering relevant facts.
  • Analyze all ongoing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Overall operational activity reporting to General Manager.
  • Carrying out background research and present findings on tasks delegated by the GM.
  • Communicating all ongoing issue to the management according to its priority.
  • Assist in organizing Inter company events.

Job Specification

  • Good communication & presentation skills.
  • Good command on Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
