Job Description

Responsibilities include:
  • New Business Development - target and approach potential clients globally, build contacts within these companies and manage the ongoing business.
  • Account Management own and manage a portfolio of existing clients, grow and build long term relationships within these accounts, expand into new divisions and introduce additional service offerings.
  • Achieve Key Performance targets consistently exceed the required number of calls, meetings, execution of agreements, new clients and revenue targets.
  • Networking & Lead Management - connecting, sourcing potential companies through various mediums and initiating potential lead in to dealings and sales.
  • Develop and executive strategies that maximize growth in the International Trade Space
  • Manage handoff of innovative business ideas to select and prioritize relevant opportunities and conduct market research to identify B2B opportunities
  • Develop new sales relationships to increase revenue volume via cold calling, networking etc
  • Identify and exploit business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Ensure 100% usage of the company’s CRM system, accurately recording all customer interactions

The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven track record of sales and KPI achievement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented and a good team player.
  • A desire to succeed and be part of a great team.
  • Conscientious and able to focus on completing work to a consistently high standard, with strong attention to detail.
  • Be effective at closing sales to achieve targets and KPI’s
  • Confident and competent in MS Office and CRM databases
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Have a professional telephone manner
  • Have excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong negotiation skills with have excellent communication skills in English. Persuasive with facts and details. Excellent interpersonal skills.
