Job Description
Responsibilities include:- New Business Development - target and approach potential clients globally, build contacts within these companies and manage the ongoing business.
- Account Management own and manage a portfolio of existing clients, grow and build long term relationships within these accounts, expand into new divisions and introduce additional service offerings.
- Achieve Key Performance targets consistently exceed the required number of calls, meetings, execution of agreements, new clients and revenue targets.
- Networking & Lead Management - connecting, sourcing potential companies through various mediums and initiating potential lead in to dealings and sales.
- Develop and executive strategies that maximize growth in the International Trade Space
- Manage handoff of innovative business ideas to select and prioritize relevant opportunities and conduct market research to identify B2B opportunities
- Develop new sales relationships to increase revenue volume via cold calling, networking etc
- Identify and exploit business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Ensure 100% usage of the company’s CRM system, accurately recording all customer interactions

- Be effective at closing sales to achieve targets and KPI’s
- Confident and competent in MS Office and CRM databases
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Have excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong negotiation skills with have excellent communication skills in English. Persuasive with facts and details. Excellent interpersonal skills.
