Job Description
1) Make monthly visit plans and get them approved from immediate supervisor
2) Update visit plans on weekly basis with due consultation with immediate supervisor
3) Visit markets in accordance with approved weekly visit plan
4) Submit a detail market visit report along with competition activity in the designated area after every visit
5) Regularly achieve monthly sales targets
6) Maintain excellent work relationship with existing dealers in designated area
7) Develop new potential dealers within designated area in accordance with company’s dealership policy
8) Update dealers on their achievement against given targets and motivate them for improved performance
9) Coordinate company schemes in the designated regions as and when required by the management
10) Ensure excellent working relationship with dealers in the designated area and resolve their issues within 48 hours
11) Update daily activity report and submit to immediate supervisor
12) Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales & Marketing
