Job Description
Design and build backend (web) services and APIs for the Android and iOS platform collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work with outside data sources and APIs, unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Write coherent organized code and be able to work as a part of dynamic team. Participate in the ongoing development of applications that meet the needs of our customers. Perform complete testing of Mobile applications, and engaging users as necessary. Conduct all web side user acceptances testing, and report results.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Job Specification
- Strong knowledge of web services Architecture (SOAP, REST)
- Strong command of web programming languages:Custom PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS-3 JQuery, Wordpress, XML, Json, ActionScript
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
- Working knowledge of content management systems (WP, Joomla)
- Familiarity with Photoshop , ability to create and optimize web-ready graphics and digital images
- Strong Knowledge command on Microsoft SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms and systems
- Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and fixing bugs
- Strong working knowledge of a variety of browsers and platforms
- Working knowledge of SVN (subversion)
- Strong customer service focus with desire to deliver a high quality of service
- Strong knowledge of Node JS, Socket programming.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing work streams simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
