Job Requirements:
- Provide Support to Senior Developers and ERP Architects in the IT Team to build, test and implement software projects at the company.
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Develop and maintain cloud-based applications and networks in ways that optimize performance
- Ensure security and privacy of company data and computer systems
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Utilize the company’s various cloud-based applications, test, and launch them throughout various departments to increase productivity
- Provide support to software developers on various projects as required
