Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Manage and create content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback.
4. Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries effectively and promptly.
5. Analyze social media data and metrics to track campaign effectiveness and make improvements.
6. Collaborate with marketing and graphic design teams to create visually appealing and engaging social media content.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and social media platforms updates.
Job Specification
1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager for at least 1 year.
2. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and techniques.
3. Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Knowledge of photography, video editing, and graphic design is a plus.
