Freight Load Solutions Salary:
Dispatcher: 50,000 - 65,000 (Commission Uncapped)
Sales Agent: 25,000 - 35,000 (Commission Uncapped)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher and Sales agent (Cold caller). The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers to pick up and deliver freight while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Truck Dispatcher will also communicate closely with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups, and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
Dispatcher:
• At least 6 months of experience as a truck dispatcher or in a related field.
• The dispatcher must have experience in different programs like DAT, Sylectus, and Truck Stop
• Excellent English and organizational skills.
• Exceptional ability to schedule drivers, plan routes, and dispatch drivers to customer locations.
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
• Ability to monitor drivers' logs, truck maintenance schedules, and repairs.
Sales Agent:
• Sales Agent may be a fresher.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
Dispatcher:
• Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages.
• Communicating freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
• Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
• Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.
• Reviewing drivers’ logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times.
• Answering inbound calls and handling communication between drivers and brokers.
• Logging customer shipping schedules and complaints.
Sales Agent:
• On-boarding potential carriers.
• Requesting and receiving relevant required documents.
• Making cold calls to potential clients
