- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the facilities services industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and industry trends.
