Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to work 7 pm to 4 am and have Saturday and Sunday off. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers and provide them with the best possible service. The candidate should also be able to handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner. The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and be able to multitask. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Providing customers with product and service information
Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner
Processing orders, forms, and applications
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
