Responsible for the front desk and reception. Receives all incoming calls & fax messages & routes to appropriate person. Answers routine questions concerning department services or procedures. Maintains a current record of changes in office and personnel in order to route incoming calls to the appropriate person. Greets the guests & public, furnishes directions and information. Gives general information in response to public inquires. Sorts and routes incoming mail and deliver messages. Performs clerical tasks such as typing, filing, sending facsimile and maintaining office records. To handle routine administrative issues of office. To carry out, any other duties/activities as and when assigned by the Director Marketing or Sr. Marketing Manager.
Excellent Communication Skills (hands on experience in handling calls and face-to-faceinteraction with guests), expertise in providing high quality of customer service and must be able to perform basic administrative tasks. Advantage may be given to candidates who are adept in Microsoft office (word, excel).
