We are seeking result-oriented candidates, who can work under pressure independently and within team, for the positions of Call Center Representative on US/UK campaign

Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills.Individuals must be fluent in English speaking with a neutral, or American accent.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Making outbound calls to international customers.
· Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone.
· Fulfilling daily targets given by company.
· Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
· Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
· Meets commitments to customers
· Other duties as assigned.
