Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote our food and beverage products in the market.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitor activity.
3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns through various channels, including social media, print media, and events.
4. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, such as brochures, website content, and advertisements.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.
7. Train and supervise marketing staff, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing goals.

1. Proven experience as a Marketing Supervisor or similar role in the accounting industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, with expertise in digital marketing and social media management.
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
