Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

Supervise the storage and organization of raw materials in the warehouse.

Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate record-keeping.

2. Procurement and Sourcing:

Collaborate with the procurement team to secure a reliable supply of quality raw materials.

Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and pricing.

3. Quality Control:

Establish and maintain quality standards for stored raw materials.

Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

4. Collaboration with Production Teams:

Work closely with production teams to understand material requirements.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

Keep meticulous records of all raw material transactions and movements.

Generate reports on inventory levels, consumption, and any relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role within the Footwear Industry.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
