Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
3. Assist customers in accessing and utilizing our peer-to-peer lending platform.
4. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers.
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
1. Fluent in Bengali and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
5. Strong computer and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
