Job Description: Admin & Account Assistant (Online/Remote)

We are a small accounting practice located in Karachi, specializing in managing the accounts of 100+ small to medium-sized enterprises. With our expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, and back-office administration, we provide comprehensive financial support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable management.
Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, managing emails, and maintaining filing systems
Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports, statements, and tax returns.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and financial data.
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the accounting industry.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficient in using accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online collaboration tools.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in accounting and administration.
