• Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce products or services and understand their needs.
• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring all necessary information is communicated.
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospects, keeping them engaged and informed about relevant updates and offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and share insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, lead qualification rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
