Location: Pacific Standard Time (PST) Zone - Fully Remote
Hours: 9:00 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST (Must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time hours)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $1000.00- $1200.00 USD / 28350.00 PKR - 340500.00 PKR
We are seeking a seasoned Graphic and Web Designer who can help with:
Being well versed with Photoshop to assist with a wide variety of projects, such as:
Website Design Mockups
Social Media Ads and Posts
Brochures
E-Newsletter Graphics
Tradeshow/Convention Banners
Flyers, Sales Sheets, Magazine Ads
Being well versed with Illustrator to assist with a wide variety of projects, such as:
Logo Design and Conceptual
Business Cards
Social Media Ads and Posts
Brochures
Tradeshow/Convention Banners
Flyers, Sales Sheets, Magazine Ads
E-Newsletter Graphics
Being well versed with InDesign to assist with a wide variety of projects, such as:
Brochures and Pamphlets
Letterheads
Event Signage
We are looking for a well-seasoned individual with Intermediate knowledge in
Web development such as:
HTML
CSS
WordPress
E-Newsletters (Photoshop, HTML w/ third party applications such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, and other 3rd Party email platforms)
Conceptualizing (The ability to add great ideas to a design, marketing strategies, etc.)
Bringing new innovative ideas to the table to enhance productivity and the future of the company.
Collaborating with the creative team to Interpret feedback positively and use it to grow and improve with all and any design projects
Managing projects with a team and individually
Meeting and communicate with the Design Team and Project Managers to give updates on projects
The ability to research for inspiration for designs and look at what we’ve done for clients in the past, what others are doing in the industry and ensure all artwork meets the SD Marketing Standard as well as researching when you are not sure of an answer to a problem and if cannot get to a solution ask a fellow design team member
Being able to troubleshoot and use critical thinking skills with any applications, websites, design, clients, and all projects
Incorporate creativity, use sound judgment, organize work, proactively manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment, and meet strict deadlines.
Interact positively and effectively with staff at all levels.
Possess strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Proof all work before finalizing
Job Specification
Requirements:
Have experience using Adobe Creative Suite:
Graphic Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Web and Coding: Dreamweaver
Video Editing: Premiere Pro (Not required but highly encouraged)
Experience using WordPress (Installing it, importing and setting up themes and various plugins) The ability to take a website mockup and build it using CSS from start to finish ensuring full responsiveness on all screen sizes
Portfolio (only candidates with portfolios will be considered)
Educational Background: A degree is preferred but not required in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline. Over 2+ years of related experience required.
